Telesales Representative

Job description

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and the company website.
• Provide accurate information about travel services, offers, and promotions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages or services.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain records of interactions, bookings, and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field (experience in the travel industry is a plus).
• Proficient in using social media platforms and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messengers etc).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
