Key Responsibilities and Duties

The core function of a Telesales Executive revolves around direct sales and customer engagement via phone. Their responsibilities typically include:

  • Driving Sales: Making outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective clients or receiving inbound calls from interested customers to persuade them to purchase products or services.
  • Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding pre-determined daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Product Pitching: Clearly and persuasively presenting product or service information, features, and benefits, tailoring the pitch to address the customer's specific needs and pain points.
  • Lead Management: Generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and following up on leads efficiently to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Customer Relations: Building rapport and establishing strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, cross-selling (selling related products), and upselling (selling a more premium version).
  • Objection Handling: Skillfully overcoming customer objections and concerns with prepared responses and negotiation tactics to close the deal.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Market Knowledge: Staying informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
