Telesales Representative

Company: ATU Logistics
Location: Near DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
ATU Logistics is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telesales Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, promoting logistics services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients across the US and Canada markets.
• Present, promote, and sell ATU Logistics services to meet client needs.
• Follow up on warm leads, maintain accurate client records, and update CRM systems.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, or customer service (US process preferred).
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Confident in handling high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Must be available for full-time night shift (on-site – Lahore, near DHA Phase 6).
