Telesales Representative

Job Summary

A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Follow up with customers regarding offers, promotions, or previous inquiries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous tele sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
