Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to introduce AIContentfy's platform and offerings. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, achieving sales targets, and effectively communicating the platform's value proposition. Regular training will be provided to ensure the representative is equipped with deep knowledge of the product and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilitie

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in international markets
• Present and explain our SEO and digital marketing services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Update and manage client information in CRM systems

Requirements

• English Level: C1 (Fluent – spoken and written)
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telesales, call center, or sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with international clients
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn
