We help Arabs living abroad invest in Dubai real estate, ensuring a smooth and profitable investment journey. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and assist with converting high-quality leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our lead database, engaging them with information about our premium real estate offerings.
- Understand client needs and guide them through the property buying process, offering tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed information on off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, including off-plan projects and regulations.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Set appointments for potential buyers to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Record client interactions and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan properties, is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads daily.
- Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
