Luxera Star Real Estate is a tech-driven, customer-focused brokerage specializing in off-plan properties in Dubai. We help Arabs living abroad invest in Dubai real estate, ensuring a smooth and profitable investment journey. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and assist with converting high-quality leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from our lead database, engaging them with information about our premium real estate offerings.
  • Understand client needs and guide them through the property buying process, offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide detailed information on off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, including off-plan projects and regulations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set appointments for potential buyers to meet with our real estate agents or visit properties.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Record client interactions and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan properties, is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads daily.
  • Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
