Telesales Representative - Dental

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our Dental Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients, promoting dental services, and converting inquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients

Promote dental treatments, packages, and offers

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

Convert leads into confirmed appointments

Maintain and update patient records in the system

Follow up on leads and missed appointments

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or call center (healthcare/dental experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)

Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred)
