Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an energetic and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. The role involves engaging potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and promoting solar energy solutions.

Experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote solar energy solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients clearly.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversions.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred).
• Mandatory telesales or telemarketing experience in the Solar Energy sector.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & CRM knowledge).
