Telesales SMS Marketing

Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by promoting and selling software solutions through telesales, SMS marketing campaigns, and other direct sales initiatives. The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer engagement skills to effectively generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell company software products.
  • Manage SMS marketing campaigns – including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, SMS campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Explain software product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead and sales information.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align sales messaging with product updates and campaigns.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to support product and process improvement.
