Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls – Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Generate Leads – Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling and warm leads.

Close Sales – Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.

Follow Up – Maintain relationships with prospects and follow up on previous interactions.

Maintain Records – Update CRM software with customer information and call outcomes.

Meet Targets – Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.

Provide Product Information – Educate customers about benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Handle Customer Queries & Complaints – Resolve concerns and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Speak clearly, maintain a positive tone, and engage the customer.
  • Personalize interactions and use active listening to connect with prospects.
