We are hiring a confident and well-spoken Telesales Specialist to join our Lahore team. This role requires strong spoken English, a professional attitude, and the ability to engage international clients over the phone.

Candidate Profile

· Excellent spoken English with a neutral, American, or British accent

· Punctual, disciplined, and professional work ethic

· Serious about performance, targets, and follow-ups

· A Levels, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent educational background preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound sales calls to international prospects

· Clearly explain company services and handle client queries

· Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities

· Maintain accurate call and lead records

· Consistently achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements

· Female candidates only

· Prior telesales or call center experience is a strong advantage

· Strong confidence, persuasion, and listening skills

· Comfortable working with KPIs and commission-based targets
