Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telesales Specialist based in Burewala. In this role, the Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and close sales opportunities. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

• Excellent Communication abilities to actively engage with diverse clients
• Sales expertise, with a focus on achieving targets and building relationships
• Experience in Training others to enhance sales and customer service capabilities
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
