About the job:

Responsible for
leading, motivating, and managing a team of tele sales representatives
to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company's fast-moving consumer goods.

Providing customer with comprehensive product/pricing information and receiving the orders precisely and maintain business relationship with the internal departments by providing prompt and accurate services.

Calls existing and potential customers to persuade buying our products.
-
Develops and sustains solid relationships with customers to encourage repeated purchases.
-
Receives orders/ inquiries via phone in a high service quality level.
-
Records all the orders received via phone and email.
-
Processes all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity.
-
Effectively communicates with the customer on orders received, schedules, pricing, product availability, product delivery, sample requests/requirements, and order confirmations.
-
Building customer’s interest in the products offered by us.
-
Effectively deals with angry callers, and disappointed customers.
-
Maintain and coordinate with procurement for system updates, products, suppliers, pricing.

Attends tasks allotted by the Management.
If you are have;

Hands on experience in similar job role in
food and beverage industry
and possess;

Problem solving skills

Clear communication – strong English

Friendly and positive attitude
-
Order management - Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through database system and provided customer confirmation notifications.

Time management
-
experience on SAP
