Buddy Healing is seeking a dedicated Telesales Telecaller to join our team and help us connect individuals with the mental health support they need. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a motivated candidate who can start immediately.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
• Clearly and empathetically explain Buddy Healing's services and benefits.
• Counsel and guide clients through the process of choosing the right mental health professional for their needs.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with a patient and informative approach.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience is a must: You must have proven experience in a similar telesales, telecalling, or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare, mental health, or wellness industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
