(TEMP) Paid & Owned Media Executive

Description

We have a fantastic 6-month TEMP opportunity in our Middle East affiliate (location Dubai, UAE) for a seasoned Arabic speaking Paid & Owned Media Executive.

Summary

We are looking for a Paid & Owned Media Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract, driving best-in-class media execution across paid and owned channels.

About The Role
  • Help drive Ramadan campaigns as part of our brand 360 campaigns
  • Work with the wider Digital Commerce Marketing team (particularly Creative, Earned & Online) to collaborate on creator content & ensure the content leverages social trends
  • Participate in paid media plan briefing, review, and approvals alongside the PMM.
  • Post plan approval execution:
    • Create content sheet diligently with attention to details as per the media plan details. Content sheets must be optimized to ensure excellence in execution.
    • Active collaboration with the Earned media team is essential to integrate creator content according to best practices on the content sheet.
    • Closely work with Brand teams on brand assets and application on the content sheet as per best practices.
    • Collaborate with the Media Agency and approve preview links while activating the campaign.
  • Post plans go live deliverables:
    • Media reporting - send mid & end-of-campaign reports highlighting key insights, optimizations, and learnings to the brand teams and other stakeholders if needed.
    • Update internal reporting tools on creator content performance and cascade to Earned & Brand teams.
    • Review PCA with PMM before sending to Brand Marketing Teams.
  • Attend sessions with media platforms to understand new/upcoming products/formats & what can be incorporated into brand plans (industry/ELC-specific events)
  • Work with media partners (TT/Snap) on new products/ideas to test for campaigns & implement them
  • Work with PMM on attending media agency status & performance calls, understanding campaign performance, making decisions on optimizations, etc.
  • Paid media monthly updates:
    • Update paid media spends tracker with support of PMM.
  • Finance:
    • Raise POs and receipt monthly - after alignment with PMM.
    • Responsible for P&L balance and accuracy every 3rd week of the month alongside the PMM.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Media, or Communications (Digital preferred)
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, online consultancy, or project management
  • Strong understanding of paid social and digital campaign delivery
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
  • Hands-on, detail-driven, and highly collaborative
