Temporary Barista/Bubble Tea maker

Responsibilities

THIS IS ONLY TWO MONTHS CONTRACT

• Welcome customers and answer all queries.
• Make recommendations based on their requirements, take customer orders and upsell as required.
• Ensure excellent drink experience for all customers.
• Responsible for stock maintenance.
• Make sure all equipment is in working condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Handling the cash and credit card payments.
• In charge of opening and closing the store/kiosk.
• Ensure all team members are following operational procedures.
• Ability to handle customer feedback in a professional manner.
• Ability to prepare drinks as per customer orders.
• Responsible for always maintaining cleanliness including sanitization of utensils and equipment.
• Flexible and able to work without supervision.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Requirements & Skills

• Must have 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have experience in making fruit and milk teas.
• Excellent Communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Reliable, responsible, and honest.
• Attention to details.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
