Job Description
- Monitor and track delivery orders in real-time using the company’s information system to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with branch staff to confirm that orders are ready for pickup and assigned to riders efficiently.
- Support in resolving minor delivery issues, such as rider delays, customer follow-ups, or order mismatches.
- Maintain a log of customer complaints related to deliveries and escalate major issues to the Assistant Manager.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback on delivery timeliness and rider behavior through CRM or follow-up calls.
- Monitor the performance of in-house and third-party riders (e.g. Foodpanda, etc.) and report delays or repeated inefficiencies.
- Help compile daily and weekly reports on delivery volumes, complaints, and performance metrics.
- Assist in planning delivery coverage during high-demand days (e.g., Sundays, Ramadan, Eid, Mother’s Day).
- Support training or briefing sessions for new riders regarding protocols, routes, and customer handling.
- Ensure all delivery-related data entries and logs are updated accurately in the system.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.
Job Qualification:
- Must Have own bike
- Excellent knowledge of routes, honest, reliable & punctual.
- Musta have valid license.
- Minimum Qualification is matric.
