Role Description

The Tenant Coordinator is to act as the primary coordination point between tenants and mall management, ensuring a smooth fit-out, operational compliance, and day-to-day support, while facilitating timely store openings, maintaining mall standards, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.


Qualifications

-Serve as the single point of contact between tenants and mall management for fit-out, handover, and operational matters Coordinate and monitor tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines, authority approvals, and safety requirements.

-Facilitate timely store openings by tracking documentation, approvals, and readiness milestones.

-Ensure tenants comply with mall rules & regulations, design criteria, and operational standards.

-Coordinate with internal departments (FM, Security, Housekeeping, Leasing, Marketing) to address tenant requirements.

-Manage pre-opening checklists, snag closure, and final clearance for shop trading.

-Track and follow up on NOCs, authority approvals, and technical submissions (MEP, Fire Life Safety, Telecom, Utilities).

-Handle day-to-day tenant operational issues, escalating where necessary and ensuring timely resolution.

-Maintain accurate tenant records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.

-Support leasing team during handover, renewals, and tenant transitions.

-Assist in enforcing HSE, fire safety, and statutory compliance within tenant premises.

-Coordinate tenant participation in mall-wide initiatives, promotions, and operational campaigns.

-Monitor tenant adherence to opening hours, visual merchandising standards, and operational policies.

-Prepare reports and dashboards on tenant status, fit-out progress, and operational issues for management review.
