Tenant Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Tenant Executive to join our Mall Management team. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between mall management and tenants, ensuring smooth daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with mall policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and mall management
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, fit-out, handover, and documentation
• Handle tenant queries, complaints, and operational requests efficiently
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, mall rules, and guidelines
• Coordinate with operations, facilities, marketing, and security teams
• Assist in lease administration, renewals, and data management
• Support mall events, promotions, and tenant communications
• Prepare reports related to tenant performance and occupancy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in mall management, property management, or retail leasing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience in the UAE retail or mall industry is an advantage
