Tenant Management Associate

About the Role

Are you a process-driven professional who loves creating seamless experiences? SmartCrowd is hiring a Tenant Management Associate to own the entire tenant lifecycle and ensure our operations run like clockwork. Based in Dubai, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, managing everything from compliance and contracts to daily inquiries. This is a mission-critical role for someone who is exceptionally organized, firm yet empathetic, and ready to learn the ropes of a regulated FinTech platform.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding & Compliance: Conduct thorough compliance checks for all incoming tenants and manage the preparation and signing of tenancy contracts.
  • Lease Administration: Execute Ejari and DIFC lease registrations and manage tenant-side operations on platforms like Keyper and Tern.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage cheque and payment collection, track rental payments rigorously, and ensure the collection of renewal admin fees.
  • Tenant Experience: Act as the main point of contact for tenant concerns, including maintenance requests, rent delays, and early terminations.
  • Utility & Logistics: Assist tenants with utilities registration and manage the complete move-in and move-out process.
  • Coordination: Manage notices, renewals, and coordinate with tenants for property viewings and inspections.
  • Communication & Records: Own the info@windsorestates.ae inbox and maintain meticulous records to support the Head of Operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: 0–2 years of experience. We encourage fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field to apply.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, Ejari systems, and DIFC lease requirements.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and using property management software (Keyper/Tern experience is a major plus).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally and with empathy.
  • Detail-Oriented: A "zero-mistake" mindset when it comes to contracts and financial tracking.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai, this is an on-site role.
