About the Role

Do you have a "get it done" attitude when it comes to property maintenance and owner relations? SmartCrowd is seeking a Property Management Associate to protect and maintain our growing portfolio of assets. Based in Dubai, you will bridge the gap between owners, contractors, and building management. You’ll be responsible for the physical and financial health of our properties, ensuring they are move-in ready and operating efficiently. This is the perfect role for a detail-oriented operator who enjoys a mix of office coordination and hands-on property management.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Contract Management: Handle property management contracts for both internal (SmartCrowd) and external owners.
  • Maintenance & Inspections: Arrange maintenance inspections, source competitive quotations from contractors, and manage work permits.
  • Quality Control: Conduct rigorous pre-move-in and move-out inspections to ensure property standards are maintained.
  • Financial Management: Oversee utility and service charge payments, manage Noqodi statements, and track/collect management fees.
  • Landlord Operations: Manage the landlord-side of platforms like Keyper and Tern, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with building management for viewing permits and manage payments to contractors and external owners.
  • Asset Support: Own the am@smartcrowd.ae inbox, manage office maintenance, and maintain proper record-keeping for all assets.
  • Legal & Dispute Support: Assist in legal management of handling disputes related to the property, ensuring all documentation is accurate and organized for resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates who are proactive, handy, and organized are encouraged to apply.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable managing Noqodi, service charge schedules, and management fee tracking.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple properties and contractors simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Proactive Learner: A self-starter who can resolve property issues independently and support the Head of Operations.
  • Adaptable: Ready to spend time both in the office and visiting properties across Dubai.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai, this is an on-site role.
