Tender Coordinator - Real Estate Development

  • Work timings: 9 hours; 9AM-6PM | 10AM-7PM


Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

  • Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of tenders, pre-qualification documents, and RFPs.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with client/developer requirements and are submitted within deadlines.
  • Handle clarifications, queries, and communication with contractors, consultants, and suppliers during the tender process.
  • Support in preparing tender evaluations, comparisons, and recommendations for management approval.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with internal teams (design, engineering, project management, finance, procurement, and legal) to gather technical and commercial inputs.
  • Maintain accurate tender trackers, bid schedules, and submission logs.
  • Manage tender documents, drawings, addenda, and ensure version control.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.

Commercial & Contract Support

  • Assist in reviewing BOQs, contract terms, and commercial submissions.
  • Coordinate preparation of award documents, letters of intent, and contract agreements.
  • Provide support during post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contractors/suppliers.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified vendors, suppliers, and contractors for future tendering opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tendering, bids, or contracts coordination, preferably with a real estate developer or client-side organization .
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, procurement practices, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP/Oracle system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
