Tender & Estimation Engineer

Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Tender & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, cost estimations, and tender submissions for piling and foundation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for piling, shoring, and foundation works.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.

• Work closely with project and engineering teams to support bid submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering and estimation within piling/foundation or construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
