Job Description

We are looking for a Tender Executive cum Accountant who has strong experience in handling tenders and accounting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GeM portal and other tendering portals, with the ability to identify projects and bid effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and bid for projects on GeM portal and other e-tender portals.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting.
• Handle Tally, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with vendors/clients regarding tender and billing-related queries.
• Ensure timely follow-up on tenders and financial tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience in Tendering & Accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
