Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed and realistic project programmes for tender submissions using
Primavera P6
(or MS Project).

Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key planning requirements, deliverables, and constraints.

Assisting the estimation and technical teams in developing execution strategies and resource requirements.

Analyzing construction methodologies and proposing optimized sequencing and timelines.

Identifying potential risks and opportunities in tender programmes and communicating these to the bid team.

Coordinating with internal departments (Design, Procurement, Estimation, Construction) to ensure planning alignment and input accuracy.

Preparing project cash flow forecasts and resource histograms where required.

Supporting post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably within infrastructure or civil construction projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, etc.).

Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.

Familiarity with tendering procedures and contractual conditions (FIDIC knowledge preferred).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
