Tender Sales Coordinator

Doha, Qatar

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Assist sales team members in daily activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts across various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Order Processing and Documentation

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals, and invoices as needed. LPO, Submittal, quotation.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Assist in compiling sales data and generating reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for sales team members.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation and files in an orderly manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within the technology industry, preferably with an IT background.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
