GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s degree on Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC bid preparation processes in international tenders Preferably experienced in bid preparation processes of Fossil Fuel Power Plants and Industrial facilities

Well-knowledge in international standards and bidding processes

Proficient in written and spoken English at an advanced level

Proficient at MS Office programs and AutoCad

Ability to read electrical schematics
-
Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills

Negotiation and problem solving capability

Successful in human relations, strong verbal and written communication
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Review and analyze the employer's specifications, determine the scope and needs
-
Coordinating procurement, design, operations, contract, legal and other departments to share/collect and review information relevant to each department, as necessary to prepare the bid
-
Preparing preliminary technical information design and propose initial design assumptions necessary to define a bill of quantities for the purpose of calculating the costs of the projects
-
Determine the documents (Technical, Commercial, Administrative) to be submitted with the offer, determine the interdisciplinary task distribution and work schedule
-
Ensure coordination of the creation of documents within the department and with other departments according to the determined schedule
-
Prepare the documents for compliance/non-compliance with the employer's specifications (clarification and deviation) in coordination with the relevant disciplines and the contract department.

Supporting the Business Development team in discussions, clarifications and negotiations with the client, as necessary

Reviewing tender information received from the client

Prepare cash flow and payment terms

Perform unit labor cost analyses by country
