Tendering/Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tendering / Contracts Manager with a strong civil engineering background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation of tenders, reviewing contract terms, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, and ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial tenders.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams for pricing and proposals.
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor and manage tender documentation, deadlines, and correspondence.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Proven experience in tendering, estimation, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project costing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in Façade is an advantage.
