Purpose
Responsible for overseeing all store operations and managing store teams to achieve financial, operational, and branding objectives. This role ensures alignment with the company’s short- and long-term goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Operations

Manage all shops within the terminal, ensuring operational excellence in line with company objectives, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure daily sales tracking by Shift Leaders and Sales Associates; analyze potential issues affecting sales and take corrective action as required.

Review weekly and monthly sales by shop, category, and brand against prior periods and budget, identifying trends and resolving performance gaps.

Ensure all company policies are communicated to staff and that Shift Leaders are trained to enforce them effectively.

Organize and lead weekly meetings with Shift Supervisors covering sales, promotions, categories, brands, HR matters, and other relevant updates.

Oversee weekly replenishment plans and coordinate with the Stock Manager to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations and product expiries.

Coordinate with Marketing to implement all POS materials in stores.

Review monthly store performance with the Airport General Manager.

Ensure compliance with all airport, state, and federal employment regulations.

Supervise cycle counting activities, ensuring readiness of staff and stock areas.

Oversee full inventory processes as defined by the ARM, ensuring proper preparation and execution.

Ensure proper training programs are implemented in collaboration with HR.

Partner with HR to recruit individuals aligned with the company’s values and culture.

Maintain high employee morale through recognition, motivation, and professional development opportunities.
Finance

Ensure achievement of sales, stock, and financial targets.

Plan and organize staff schedules, inventory, and expenses to meet goals, ensuring team awareness of sales objectives.
Customer

Promote Avolta as a premium brand within stores and uphold exceptional standards of customer service.
