Territory Manager

Job Summary:

The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, market share, and growth objectives within the assigned territory. This role involves promoting products to healthcare professionals, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective territory coverage in alignment with company strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Promote products to healthcare professionals through effective detailing and communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and distributors.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Organize CMEs, product presentations, and awareness sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of field activities via reporting tools/CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with code of conduct, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, marketing, and support departments for seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the same region or therapeutic area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics in Peshawar and surrounding areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
