Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

· Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and distributors to increase market coverage.

· Develop and execute sales plans and promotional strategies in line with company objectives.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.

· Visit retailers, contractors, and project sites regularly to monitor product demand and service levels.

· Gather and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.

· Suggest and implement marketing activities to enhance brand image.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

· Ensure after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduation or Masters
  • 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Paint / Construction / Building Material industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealer and distribution networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
