Territory Manager (CO/WY) – Medical Device & Capital Equipment Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven medical equipment sales representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to healthcare providers, ensuring that they have access to the latest technology to enhance patient care. You will leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, manage accounts effectively, and drive sales growth in your designated territory.

Duties

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of medical equipment.
  • Manage existing accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for clients on product usage and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or medical equipment sectors.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Proficient in using Word and other software tools for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience (required)
  • Ability to pass a background check (required)
  • Maintain a clean driving record, possess insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
