Territory Sales Executive

Sialkot, Pakistan

Responsibilities:
Sales Target / Revenue• Achieve assigned sales quotas (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

  • Grow sales volume and value in the territory.

Business Development / New Accounts• Identify, approach, and convert new customers (retailers, distributors, key accounts) within the territory. Expand market penetration. Customer Relations / Account Management• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; ensure retention and repeat business.

  • Address customer feedback, complaints and resolve issues.

Distribution & Coverage• Ensure product availability in outlets / stores (on‐shelf availability).

  • Ensure proper display, merchandising, share of shelf etc.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels at retail / distributor points.

Planning & Field Visits• Plan field visits, either daily or periodic, to cover all key outlets.

  • Follow scheduled routes and customer visit plans.

Market & Competitive Intelligence• Keep track of competitor activity, pricing, promotions.

  • Gather market feedback and trends; share with management.

Promotions / Product Launches• Execute promotional activities, point‐of‐sale branding, discounts, displays.

  • Support launch of new products; coordinate listing with retailers/distributors.

Education:
BA/BBA/MBA in Marketing and Sales
Experience:
Experience in Tiles and Sanitary Ware is Preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
