Position Title: Territory Sales Officer (FMCG – Food & Beverages)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage distribution operations to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
- Execute sales initiatives and trade marketing activities in line with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share actionable insights with the team.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper coverage and identify new business opportunities.
- Support in improving sales processes and systems for better market execution.
- Utilize sales reporting tools and provide timely updates to the management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in FMCG Food & Beverages sector (mandatory).
- Age: 25–35 years.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and FMCG distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results.
- Knowledge of Mobile Order Booking System (MOBS), Distribution Network System (DNS), and Field Force Management System (FFMS) will be a plus.
- Must have own conveyance (bike/car).
