Territory Sales Executive - FMCG

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, research market trends, and analyze competitor activity to drive market expansion.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure the sales pipeline is managed effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,996.47 - ₹40,000.00 per month
