Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Executive (HORECA) will be responsible for developing and managing sales within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) segment for Mughlia Rice. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with key accounts, and ensuring consistent product supply and brand presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and business owners in the HORECA segment.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and competitive pricing.
  • Identify new HORECA customers and onboard them effectively.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new trends.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support trade marketing activities, sampling, and product trials.
  • Manage credit control and timely payment collection.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales and distribution targets.
  • Growth in number of active HORECA customers.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • On-time payment recovery.
  • Execution of sampling and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HORECA or B2B food sales, preferably in rice or food service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and menu applications.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
