Territory Sales Officer

We are hiring for:


Position - TSI Channel Sales

Qualifications – Any Graduate

Experience - 4 to 12 Years


Location 1: TSI SOUTH MUMBAI, Salary - 6 lpa fixed + sales incentive, Building Material or Paint or Cement or Steel exp is required. (on roll exp of 3 yrs is a must)


Location 2 - TSI Anand - 6 lpa fixed + sales incentive, FMCG Exp is considered + Building Material or Paint or Cement or Steel exp


Location 3: TSI Valsad, Salary - 6 lpa fixed + sales incentive, Building Material or Paint or Cement or Steel exp is required.


Individual Contributor role

Product – Adhesive, Building Material, Construction Chemical


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieving Secondary & Primary Sales Targets for the assigned Territory :

(A) MARKET COVERAGE

▪ Town Types – All Towns within his Territory

▪ Outlet Types - Only cover Super A (SA) /A GKP and SA/A/B in Non-GKP outlets; rest by DSR

▪ Avg. calls/Day – Each rout must have a minimum of 18 outlets & a maximum of 25 outlets

▪ DRCP – Updating DRCP in Mera Saathi as per the Norms

(B) DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT

▪ Distributor selection, appointment under guidance of ASM , Induction & Training

▪ Darpan Secondary Sales & SASH Monitoring and Receivables Tracking

▪ Claims & Balance Confirmation – Sorting out Issues

(C) SUPERVISORY ROLE

▪ DSR Management (Under Distributor role)

✓ DSR Recruitment & Gap coverage

✓ Secondary Beat Design for DSR with inputs from ASM

✓ Coaching & Mentoring through shadow working
