To further strengthen our market presence, we are looking for passionate, performance-driven, and energetic professionals to join our Sales Team as Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) in Karachi.

Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets within the assigned territory. The role requires strong market execution, effective distributor management, and a results-oriented mindset to drive Cola Next’s growth in the competitive beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, coverage, and visibility targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
  • Ensure effective market execution, including placement, merchandising, and stock availability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  • Supervise and motivate the distributor sales team for optimal productivity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, route planning, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support promotional activities, sampling drives, and brand visibility initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably beverages or related consumer goods.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound market knowledge and route-to-market understanding.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate distributor sales teams.
  • Result-driven approach with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
