Territory Sales Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and field-oriented TSOs for the Lhr/Isl/Rwp region who will represent our brand at the ground level and actively contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer interaction, and exploring new development opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to expand customer base and understand market needs.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility through effective in-store execution.
  • Manage order collection and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report actionable insights.
  • Follow up on payments and recoveries to ensure timely collections.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or related disciplines (Preferably Sales / Marketing)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven field sales experience (FMCG sector preferred)
  • Must be with good market knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in the field
  • Have own Motorcycle and valid driving license
