Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented
Territory Sales Officer
to manage distributor-led sales operations, ensure strong market execution, and achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through the distributor network to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

Ensure effective secondary sales to support strong primary business results.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their sales teams.

Monitor market execution, product availability, and visibility across the territory.

Plan and conduct regular market visits to track sales performance and execution standards.

Ensure timely reporting and adherence to assigned deadlines.

Work effectively under pressure to meet monthly sales goals.
Requirements

Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.

2–3 years of field sales experience in a similar role.

Experience in FMCG products, preferably detergents, is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
