Job Description – Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Location: Gujranwala

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Officer to manage distributor-led sales operations, ensure strong market execution, and achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through the distributor network to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Ensure effective secondary sales to support strong primary business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their sales teams.
  • Monitor market execution, product availability, and visibility across the territory.
  • Plan and conduct regular market visits to track sales performance and execution standards.
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to assigned deadlines.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet monthly sales goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of field sales experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in FMCG products, preferably detergents, is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
