Location: Prisma Mall, Gujranwala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
Timings: As per mall operational hours

HRCONSOL is hiring a Purchase Officer for one of its reputed clients based in Gujranwala. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in inventory control and procurement operations.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in stores and purchasing

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock management
• Identify reliable suppliers and source goods and services as per organizational needs
• Prepare and process PR, MR, PO, and GRN documentation
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries
• Create accurate and efficient purchase orders
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time receipt of materials
