Industry Focus

DuPont™ Tyvek® and Tychem® garments serve industries requiring chemical protection and personal safety, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, General Manufacturing, Waste Management, Emergency Response, Utilities & Infrastructure and Cleanroom and contamination control.

We are hiring a Territory Sales Specialist for DuPont Personal Protection based in Egypt or Morocco with flexibility to cover Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and other North African markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value Chain Development: Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, distributors, and key end-user customers.

• Application Innovation: Collaborate with end users and internal teams to identify and develop new product applications tailored to local industry needs.

• Market Development: Evaluate and analyze North African markets to identify growth opportunities and define strategic priorities.

• Distributor Enablement: Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools, and sales strategies to enhance market reach and performance.

• End-User Engagement: Lead client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to influence specifications and drive product adoption.

• Marketing & Campaign Execution: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to implement localized campaigns aligned with regional goals.

• Market Intelligence & Feedback: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the organization.

• Event Participation: Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars to promote the product portfolio and identify new opportunities.

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools.

• Strategic Execution: Operate independently while aligning with regional strategic guidance to achieve business and pricing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree, preferably chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% across North Africa.

• Must be Fluent in French, English and Arabic.

• 4–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial PPE, chemical safety.

• Graduate from a reputable university, preferably American-, British-, or European-affiliated institutions such as: American University in Cairo (AUC), British University in Egypt (BUE), French University in Egypt (Université Française d’Égypte), Al Akhawayn University (Morocco) , Université Internationale de Rabat (UIR) ESCA École de Management (Casablanca) – French-accredited business school.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, client engagement, campaign execution, market research, and CRM proficiency.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Being at ease when dealing with people. Showing strong talent to negotiate, to influence and to listen carefully. Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.

• Excellence in being self-driven and organized.

• Team Player capabilities within an international team.
