TEV Cordinator (Techno-Economic Viability)

We are looking for a TEV Coordinator who can act as the bridge between the Sales Team and the TEV Department. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of TEV (Techno-Economic Viability) reports and processes, along with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of TEV projects.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills, with a working knowledge of financial and technical aspects of TEV studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Communication - Act as the point of contact between the sales team, TEV analysts and clients. Ensure smooth flow of information, documents, and timelines across all stakeholders. Schedule meetings, follow-ups and site visits when required.
• Understanding of TEV Reports: Have working knowledge of TEV report components (financial models, cost estimation, risk assessment, SWOT, etc.). Support analysts with data collection and validation by coordinating with clients and internal teams. Ensure all necessary documents are provided to analysts on time.
• Project Management: Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Ensure TEV reports are prepared, reviewed and delivered within committed timelines. Monitor budget alignment and highlight potential gaps to the management team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients during field visits or technical discussions. Liaise with consultants, analysts, and sales managers to ensure accurate inputs.Present progress updates and assist in addressing client queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, financial services or consulting.
• Basic knowledge of TEV report preparation and financial concepts (ROI, IRR, NPV, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
