Textile Lab Assistant / Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Assistant / Technician to join our textile team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lab dipping, shade matching, and basic textile testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shade matching and evaluate lab dips for color accuracy and consistency.

• Conduct basic textile tests (colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile strength, etc.).

• Maintain accurate records of testing results and procedures.

• Operate and calibrate lab equipment (spectrophotometers, colorimeters, lightboxes).

• Work closely with designers, production, and QC teams to resolve color/quality concerns.

• Ensure lab safety and follow standard protocols.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Textile or related field.

• Prior experience in lab dipping and shade matching is essential.

• Familiarity with textile lab equipment and color evaluation tools.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
