Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and patient flow.

Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Managing resources effectively, including equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance.

Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues and technical problems.

Collaborating with other departments or branches to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

· Staff Management:

Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members (technicians, assistants, administrative staff).

Scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.

Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Promoting professional development and continuous learning for the team.

Handling disciplinary actions and resolving staff conflicts. Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, standards (e.g., local health authorities, quality control bodies), and safety protocols.

Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.

Developing and implementing emergency procedures and safety training programs.

Properly handling and disposing of hazardous waste.

· Budget and Inventory Management:

Managing departmental budgets and controlling costs.

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies, reagents, and equipment.

Ordering new supplies and equipment as needed.

· Communication and Reporting:

Serving as a liaison between staff, management, and other departments.

Communicating important information, updates, and changes to the team.

Preparing regular analytical reports on departmental performance, finances, and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:

With a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a running medical setup, specifically a pathological lab & consultant Clinic, you're exceptionally well-suited for a Branch Supervisor position that encompasses a lab, dental clinic, and OPD. Your core strength lies in understanding the critical operational and quality control aspects of a diagnostic lab, which is often the backbone of many medical facilities.
