JOB DESCRIPTION: TGT ENGLISH TEACHER

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Kasna, Sirsa
Experience: 2–4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach English to middle and secondary classes (as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum).
• Plan and deliver engaging, structured, and interactive lessons.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids aligned with syllabus guidelines.
• Assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress.
• Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school activities.
• Support school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post Graduate in English (B.A./M.A. English).
• B.Ed. mandatory.
• Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher.
• Strong command over English language and grammar.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with smart boards and digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
