- Oversee daily ticketing operations, including reservations, booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations, and travel industry standards.
- Supervise and train ticketing staff, providing guidance on customer service and system usage (GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, CRM etc.).
- Monitor ticket sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve revenue targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, and special travel requests professionally.
- Maintain relationships with airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Manage fare rules, promotions, and discounts to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, exchange, and revalidation processes.
- Implement cost-effective practices and improve efficiency in ticketing operations.
- Stay updated with airline schedules, fare updates, travel advisories, and industry changes.
