About Us

Yugo is a growing travel and tourism company providing premium travel solutions, including tours, holiday packages, Visa assistance, and global ticketing services. We are looking for a skilled Ticketing Officer who specializes in flight reservations and package bookings to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Book international & domestic air tickets across multiple GDS platforms (preferably Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Manage bookings for travel packages, including flights, hotels, and ground services.
• Provide fare quotations, routing options, and travel advisories to clients.
• Rebook, reroute, and handle cancellations/refunds as required.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets while maintaining high accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines and tour suppliers when necessary.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and customer communication.
• Support walk-in, call-in, and WhatsApp inquiries for ticketing & packages.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in airline ticketing and package reservations.
• Hands-on expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of international fare rules, ticketing procedures, and holiday packages.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment.
• Knowledge of holiday packages is a plus (not mandatory).
