Ticket Manager

Ticketing Manager – Hajj & Umrah Travel Agency (Responsibilities)

  • Manage all airline ticketing operations for Hajj and Umrah packages
  • Handle flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Coordinate with airlines to secure the best fares and group bookings for pilgrims traveling to Makkah and Madinah
  • Ensure accurate fare calculations, ticket issuance, and compliance with airline policies
  • Monitor seat availability and manage travel schedules for group departures
  • Supervise ticketing staff and ensure high-quality service and accuracy in all transactions
  • Resolve ticketing-related issues, including last-minute changes and emergency bookings
  • Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and travel partners
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all ticketing transactions
  • Stay updated with airline rules, fare structures, and industry regulations
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align ticketing with package offerings
  • Prepare reports on ticket sales, cancellations, and revenue performance

Requirements / Skills

  • Proven experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
  • Strong knowledge of international travel rules and fare construction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure, especially during peak Hajj seasons
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
