Tik Tok Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Product Manager to lead content strategy, growth, and performance initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a Canadian or U.S.-based company, along with a strong understanding of North American market trends, audience behavior, and digital content standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage end-to-end content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, production, publishing, and optimization
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and marketing stakeholders
• Lead growth initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
• Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations
• Conduct A/B testing on content formats, hooks, and posting strategies
• Align TikTok strategies with broader digital marketing and product goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role focused on TikTok
• Mandatory: Experience working with a Canadian or U.S.-based company/client
• Strong understanding of North American audience preferences and content trends
• Demonstrated success in growing TikTok accounts or managing high-performing campaigns
• Proficiency with analytics tools and social media performance tracking
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Pakistan

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Experience working with a bedding, home textile, or home decor brand
• Familiarity with visually driven consumer products and lifestyle branding
• Experience with paid TikTok ads and campaign management
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
